Vermont Wedding Style’s Submission Guidelines
At Vermont Wedding Style, we are known for showcasing the Best of Vermont by promoting the most talented and passionate wedding professionals and venues in Vermont, and encouraging couples to discover their own unique wedding style. We welcome you to submit your work to us and to share the ideas, images, and designs that make your business shine!
Images We Love
Engagements Sessions, Real Vermont Weddings, Brides, Grooms, Couples, Parents, Wedding Party, Children, Floral Design, Cakes and Desserts, Wedding Details (rings,shoes, dress etc), Invitations, Favors, Table Tops and Vermont Landscapes.
Accepted File Formats
Digital photo submissions will be accepted as JPEG or tiff files.
All photos must be high resolution, 300 dpi or more.
Longest side needs to be at least 600 pixels.
Sending Your Files
Snail Mail: Please submit all your images on a CD, DVD, or USB Flash Drive.
Email: Your images need to be in a compressed ZIP file, that is not bigger than 10mb. If you need to send multiple emails please do so.
Web: You can submit your images through Two Bright Lights our editorial partner. This is the most efficient way to share your work with us and your fellow vendors. www.twobrightlights.com
Descriptions Needed
If you are a floral designer, cake designer, caterer, and event planner, please submit a description of your work along with your photo submissions (ie: type of flowers, flavor of cake etc). If you are a photographer please reference the work of fellow wedding professionals. If you have direct links to your images I would be happy to preview them and tag the images that we would like to showcase on Vermont Wedding Style Blog.

We regret that we may not be able to personally reply to all submissions because of the great number that we now receive, but if we are interested in learning more about your products or services a VWS team member will get back to you within 10 business days.
