Photo Submissions

  • Vermont Wedding Style accepts photo submissions from photographers and couples to be published on our blog, for our Weddings We Love section and throughout the website.
  • We assume that the copyright for all text, images and materials of any kind is your sole property.  You must have the permission of the copyright holder to submit any materials in which you are not the sole owner of copyright and supply the name(s) of the copyright owner when you submit.  You shall be solely liable for any damages that arise from any infringement of copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
  • All photographs are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated in this document.  You must be the copyright holder to the submitted images or have written consent of the copyright holder.  It is our intent to provide proper credit for all photographs.
  • Photographs that are posted on the Vermont Wedding Style Website will remain on the site in perpetuity and can be removed only with the consent of the officers of W Creative Inc.

Notice to Parents

  • The privacy and protection of children is very important to us.  We do not allow children under the age of 18 to submit information to our site.  Should we become aware that someone under the age of 18 has supplied information to us, that information will immediately be deleted from our system.
